Look, I came to celebrate half a centenary, simple and with smiles on my face. I wish, just like what I want, I don't know, I'll be back in 50 years and I'll tell you, for now I didn't want anything expressly but I had many beautiful and funny experiences ... no more I'm writing this simple recipe until I eat all of Pavlova on my own. I made myself a cake to eat as a goblet on my own, not that I would live on my own, it's just what I like a lot and others don't really .....: D

  • 5 egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons Dr. Oetker food starch
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Cream
  • 500 ml sour cream for sweetened and vanilla whipped cream La.Dorna
  • raspberries and fresh blackberries
  • melted chocolate

RECIPE PREPARATION Pavlova dessert, as simple as 50 years old:

I mixed the egg whites with a pinch of salt until I got a hard foam, then I added the sugar and I continued to mix until I got a firm and glossy meringue, at the end I added the starch and vinegar and I mixed for about 3-4 minutes. I lined the oven tray with baking paper and formed Pavlova's skirt in 3 sizes. I preheated the electric oven set to the ventilated function to 130 degrees, put the tray in the oven for 6-7 minutes, then reduced the temperature to 100 degrees and let the meringue dry nicely for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I took the tray out of the oven and let the meringue cool while I mixed the whipped cream. Initially I wanted to make a cream from the remaining yolks but as I am with my head in the clouds I dropped the bowl of yolks on the floor, I didn't feel like I made a mess, I was sorry that I broke the bowl .... So I mixed very good cream for whipped cream. Then I started assembling the cake. I placed on a plate first the big skirt of Pavlova, I put whipped cream and fruit, then the second skirt in size, and whipped cream and fruit, at the end the last skirt, whipped cream and fruit and I glazed with melted chocolate ..... and of course I couldn't help myself and I made a hole in Pavlova's skirt that I ate, the skirt, not the hole .... Happy birthday to me!
