Ingredients needed for plum pie:

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

  • 150 gr sour cream 20% fat

How to prepare plum pie:

Put the yeast to leaven in 100 ml of warm milk mixed with a teaspoon of sugar. It takes 10-12 minutes. Mix the flour with the salt and lemon peel.
