Cake with walnuts, chocolate flakes and raisins

Preheat the oven.
Make a sugar syrup, vanilla sugar and water, boil until the sugar dissolves. Get off the fire.
Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they froth, add the lemon juice, pour the syrup into a thin thread and continue beating until the foam hardens.
Gradually add the yolks, oil, then the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, ground walnuts, mixing. We will get a soft, fluffy and airy composition. Half of the resulting composition is poured into another bowl in which we add cocoa.
In a cake pan, on a baking sheet, pour the 2 compositions, alternating black and white, then sprinkle the raisins, a little lemon peel and pieces of milk chocolate, and then mix the colors using a toothpick. Sprinkle with ground walnuts and bake at the right heat for about 35-40 minutes.
Presentation suggestion: after cooling, powder with sugar and serve, along with a cup of milk, on a table stand with festive motifs for a magical atmosphere.
