I'm not a pasta fan, but my kids love them. And of all the pasta recipes, the carbonara ones can be said to be to my liking. The best choice for carbonara are penne pasta, and the ones from Barilla seem to me the most successful.

What is very important in this recipe is to use sour cream for cooking. I used Dorna, with more fat.

Ingredients for 4 large portions:
