More About This Recipe
- In the summer, I try to avoid turning on the oven at all costs, but what I definitely cannot do is to keep my sweet tooth under control. So when I’m craving something sweet, mugs cakes are lifesavers. Plus, they're fun and simple to make, with a few ingredients.I’ve tried a bunch of mug cakes but haven’t always been happy how they turned out, since they can have a weird texture. But that is not the case with this Banana Bread version. Seriously, this is the best mug cake I’ve ever tasted before: it’s moist, sweet and full of pure banana flavor. So, drop everything and go make this immediately! It just takes two minutes. ;)
