I sifted the flour and put it in a large bowl.

I warmed the milk a little and dissolved the sugar and yeast in it.

I added them over the flour, I added salt and oil.

I kneaded the dough for a few minutes, then I left it to rise for 1 hour in a warmer place.

When it fermented, I divided it into 2 equal pieces. I modeled them in a long and approximately equal shape. I knitted (well, in my style) and put in the tray on baking paper.

I let it grow for another 10-15 minutes in the pan, I greased it with yolk and I put the seeds.

I put the bread in the preheated oven and left it on medium heat for at least 45 minutes.

Depending on the oven, leave it until it is crispy crust, or if you like it less crunchy, leave it less.

It grew bigger than the cozonacs, I was afraid it would fall out of the pan :)) It came out red and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and a little sweet from the sugar. A wonder!
